Zhejiang IRONFLON Wire&Cable Co., Ltd. was established in March 2004 with a registered capital of 10.08 million yuan. It is a diversified enterprise that integrates manufacturing, sales, and trade. Located in Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province, it is only a 2-hour drive from Ningbo Port and Shanghai, with direct access to global shipping routes. The production plant covers the first, fifth, and sixth floors of Building F in the Entrepreneurship Park. The plant is divided into independent research and development laboratories, standardized production workshops, finished product storage areas, quality inspection centers, and office areas.

 

With advanced equipment and technology from Japan, Europe and America, our company specializes in various types of teflon wires, coaxial shielded wires, electronic power wires, high temperature electric power cables, compensation cables of instruments, high temperature insulated sleeving, and wiring harness processing products.

 

At present, it is equipped with 8 professional high-temperature fluoroplastic production lines, covering the three mainstream process technologies of global fluororesin cable production. It can independently complete the full process production of conductor stranded wire, insulation extrusion, cold push sintering, cable cabling, outer layer weaving, etc. The monthly production capacity of the factory can reach 7500 kilometers of fluororesin series cables, equipped with imported production equipment from Europe, America, and Japan. The insulation layer thickness error is controlled within ± 0.02mm, and the production accuracy is industry-leading.

After more than 20 years of deep cultivation and precipitation, the company has now built a professional and standardized modern special cable production base, with 50-99 employees. It has formed a highly skilled R&D, production, sales, and after-sales team, of which 40% are technical personnel with bachelor's degrees or above. With years of deep cultivation in the cable industry, the company has accumulated rich experience in product research and development and project implementation.
