Product Features

1. Perfluoroethylene propylene is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene, which is a modified material of polytetrafluoroethylene and commonly referred to as F46 in China;

2. Melting point temperature of 260 ℃, can be used for a long time from -85 ℃ to+200 ℃; At a low temperature of -250 ℃, it is still not completely hard and brittle, and can maintain a very small elongation rate, even better than polytetrafluoroethylene;

3. Other properties are similar to polytetrafluoroethylene;

4. FEP has both PTFE like characteristics and good processability of thermoplastic materials. Therefore, it makes up for the difficulty of PTFE processing. Depending on the different usage environments, choosing to replace PTFE cables is the best choice for high quality and low cost.
