1. Polytrifluoroethylene, abbreviated as F30, has a melting point temperature of 212-217 ℃, a minimum operating temperature of -50 ℃, and a maximum operating temperature of 130-150 ℃;
2. Has a high volume resistivity (1016 Ω. cm) Not significantly changing with temperature, even at 160 ℃, it remains at 10 15Ω· cm;
3. The breakdown field strength is high, and the mechanical strength is higher than that of polytetrafluoroethylene;
4. Has good resistance to cold flow, atmospheric aging, and photoaging;
5. The radiation resistance is better than other fluoroplastic wires (slightly worse than F40 and PFA), with 3 × 105Gy (3 × 107Red), and good water and moisture resistance;
6. F30 is mostly used as insulation and sheath material for high-temperature resistant installation lines.
