1. Our company has been developing and producing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) wires and cables for over 20 years, contributing to the development of cutting-edge defense industries such as aerospace;
2. This cable mainly uses polytetrafluoroethylene (TFE or PTFE) insulation material at a temperature level of 250 ℃. Polytetrafluoroethylene (TFE or PTFE), commonly known as the "plastic king", has a wide range of high and low temperature applications and frequency ranges, and has superior heat resistance and chemical resistance. It has high electrical insulation strength and mechanical strength;
3. The melting point temperature is 327 degrees, with good resistance to high and low temperatures. It can be used for a long time at -60 ℃~+260 ℃, and has excellent resistance to atmospheric aging and non flammability, self extinguishing, and almost no water absorption;
4. Polytetrafluoroethylene has excellent low-temperature properties, and even at temperatures as low as -269 ℃, it still exhibits ductility under pressure;
5. The insulation resistance of polytetrafluoroethylene is very high, and its volume resistivity is generally greater than 1015 Ω M, The surface resistivity is greater than 1015 Ω, and even if it is immersed in water for a long time, the change is not significant, and it does not change significantly with temperature;
6. Polytetrafluoroethylene has extremely stable arc resistance, typically exceeding 300 seconds When discharging on a high-voltage surface, it will not cause a short circuit due to carbonization, but will only decompose into gas. Even under long-term outdoor exposure and pollution from dust, rain, and fog, its insulation properties are not affected;
7. Polytetrafluoroethylene has outstanding chemical stability. Not corroded by highly corrosive chemical reagents, nor does it interact with them in any way, nor is it affected by hydrofluoric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, chlorosulfonic acid, boiling caustic soda solution, chlorine gas, and hydrogen peroxide. Only fluorine at high temperatures and molten alkali metals such as potassium and sodium interact with it.
From this, it can be seen that polytetrafluoroethylene is the most excellent product among fluorides, and wires and cables insulated with polytetrafluoroethylene have the above excellent characteristics.
