2. Conductor processing
Drawing and Annealing: Copper monofilaments are cold drawn to form a standard wire diameter, followed by annealing treatment (heating to a specific temperature) to enhance toughness and reduce oxidation risk.
Conductor twisting: Multiple single wires are twisted according to rules (such as bundle twisting, concentric compound twisting), and compact structures such as semicircles and fan-shaped shapes are formed through compression technology to enhance flexibility and reduce the outer diameter of the cable.
3. Insulation layer treatment
Fluororesin insulation process: using a cold push production line to uniformly coat the conductor with fluororesin, and then sintering and curing at high temperature to form a dense insulation layer; Through fluororesin film wrapping technology, multi-layer insulation protection is achieved, suitable for high-precision scenarios such as aerospace cables.
