UL10203 1000v copper cable has a long-term temperature tolerance of 150 ℃ and a rated voltage of 1000V. UL10203 FEP copper nickel wire is resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, and organic solvent corrosion, and has also passed UL VW-1 vertical combustion testing, meeting industrial fire protection requirements. UL10203 FEP copper nickel wire 1000V copper cable has excellent wear resistance and shear resistance, and can work stably at extreme temperatures ranging from -80 ℃ to 200 ℃. The standard roll length of UL10203 1000V wire is 305 meters, and we support customized slitting.

Special Kabel Production Process

 

Conductor selection: Copper or aluminum is used as the base conductor material, and optimized conductors such as tin plated copper and nickel plated copper can be selected according to the requirements of special kabel.


Special kabel material processing: equipped with pre-treatment processes for high-temperature resistant materials such as fluororesin (FEP/PTFE, etc.) and silicone rubber to ensure material purity and stability.


Wire drawing process: Copper/aluminum raw materials are processed to the target wire diameter through a wire drawing machine, and precision is controlled using multi-stage molds.


Annealing treatment: Recrystallize and anneal the monofilament to improve the flexibility and conductivity of the conductor, with precise temperature control to prevent oxidation.


Conductor stranding: Multiple single wires are twisted or bundled to form a composite conductor, enhancing the tensile strength and current carrying capacity of the cable.


Fluororesin extrusion: High temperature extrusion machine is used to coat the conductor with FEP/PTFE insulation layer, and ultra-thin insulation layer (thickness 0.14 - 0.20 mm wire) is achieved through cold pushing or sintering process.

 

Thin film wrapping: For high-frequency signal lines, fluororesin thin film wrapping technology combined with sintering curing is used to reduce dielectric loss.


Multi core twisting: Insulated wire cores are twisted in a circular or irregular structure, filled with tensile fiber materials to maintain structural stability.

 

Electromagnetic shielding: Adding a metal braided layer or wrapped aluminum foil layer to meet the anti-interference requirements of RF and signal lines.


Outer protective layer processing: The fluororesin/silicone rubber protective layer is coated through secondary extrusion technology, with a uniform thickness control of ± 0.05 mm wire tolerance.


Special treatment: Add UV resistant coating or armor protection layer to new energy cables and other products.

 

Online testing: Implement full process quality control such as withstand voltage testing and insulation resistance monitoring during the production process.

 

Certification testing: Passed international standards such as UL VW-1 flame retardant testing and German VDE electrical performance certification
Implement ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards, and continuously optimize process parameters using the PDCA cycle.

When our wires are packed and put on the pallet,it's time to contact the corresponding shipping personnel.We will arrange a suitable time to transport the pallet to the vehicle.
