Products Description
UL10203 high temperature wire cable is made of 19 strands of 0.475mm copper wire, carefully crafted and durable. The maximum working temperature is 200 ℃, the rated voltage is 1000V, bare copper or tin plated copper wire, and the wire gauge range covers 24-2AWG (solid or stranded structure). The insulation material of UL10203 silicon cable wires is fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP), which is resistant to chemical corrosion and has excellent insulation performance. Some models comply with RoHS standards and are suitable for scenarios with strict environmental requirements. Through UL VW-1 and other flame retardant tests, it is suitable for scenarios with high fire safety requirements.
Application scenarios of UL10203 silicon cable wires:
High temperature resistor: suitable for internal wiring of high-temperature components such as brake resistors, buffer resistors, and capacitor discharge systems, capable of withstanding long-term high temperature environments up to 200 ℃.
Chemical equipment: Electrical connections for pipeline systems, reaction vessels, and other equipment used to transport corrosive chemicals, relying on the strong acid and alkali resistance properties of FEP.
High temperature household appliances, such as ovens, microwaves, rice cookers, etc., have internal connecting wires that meet the working temperature requirements of 150-200 ℃.
Precision instruments: used for circuit connections that require high temperature resistance and low loss, such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment and LCD display production lines.
High frequency equipment: suitable for high-frequency signal transmission scenarios (such as communication equipment, radar systems), utilizing the high insulation and low dielectric loss characteristics of FEP.
Automotive and Aviation: Its oil resistance and chemical corrosion resistance make it suitable for harsh environments such as automotive engine compartment wiring harnesses and aircraft electrical systems.
