Packaging & Shipping

On product packaging, we usually use biodegradable plastic film packaging. It can protect wires from damage and clutter. Degradable plastic materials can also reduce environmental pollution.

After being wrapped in plastic film, it can be packaged in cardboard boxes according to a certain quantity, or according to customer requirements.

After packing, when placed on the pallet, we will arrange a suitable time to transport the pallet to the vehicle.

After the pallet is transported to the vehicle, it will be uniformly transported to the corresponding station. We will choose different transportation methods according to the customer's needs. Such as sea freight, air freight, express delivery, etc.

Usage Guide (Scientific Use, Extend Life)

Installation environment requirements: Avoid exposing cables to open flames, sharp objects, and highly corrosive liquids (such as strong acids and alkalis); The installation temperature should be controlled between -65 ℃ and 200 ℃. Exceeding this range may cause aging and cracking of the insulation layer, affecting electrical performance; Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight to prevent oxidation of conductors and damage to insulation layers.
Wiring specifications: Avoid excessive pulling or bending during wiring (bending radius not less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable) to prevent conductor breakage and insulation layer damage; Dual core cables need to distinguish between positive and negative poles to avoid equipment failure caused by reverse connection; When wiring in parallel with other cables, maintain appropriate spacing to avoid electromagnetic interference, especially in high-frequency signal transmission scenarios. It is recommended to use twisted pair cables and perform shielding treatment.
Wire stripping and connection: Use specialized wire stripping tools when stripping, and control the stripping length within 3-5mm to avoid damaging the conductor; Ensure good contact of the conductor during connection, and perform insulation treatment (insulation tape or heat shrink tubing can be used) to prevent short circuit and leakage; Avoid excessive squeezing or crushing of cables to prevent damage to internal conductors.
Storage requirements: Unused cables should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool warehouse, away from sources of fire, heat, and corrosive substances; Cables should be stored in whole rolls to avoid scattering, bending, insulation aging, and conductor oxidation; The storage temperature should be controlled between 0 ℃ and 30 ℃, the relative humidity should not exceed 75%, and the shelf life is 12 months. If it exceeds the deadline, it must be retested and qualified before use.
Attention: The rated voltage of this product is 600V. It is prohibited to use it in scenarios that exceed the rated voltage and current to avoid overloading causing cable heating and fire; When the insulation layer of the cable is damaged or the conductor is exposed, it is necessary to immediately stop using and replace the cable with a new one to prevent safety hazards; It is strictly prohibited to modify the cable structure and specifications without authorization.
