UL1199 silver plated copper wire

UL1199 silver plated copper wire is an industrial grade high temperature wire designed specifically for extremely harsh environments. The conductor material is high-purity oxygen free copper substrate, with silver plating treatment on the surface (silver layer thickness of 2-5 μ m), supporting single or multiple stranded structures, with wire gauges covering 10-30 AWG, and can be matched with current transmission requirements as needed. Adopting extruded polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) insulation layer, with a temperature resistance rating of -60 ℃ to+200 ℃, and providing 10 standard color codes for surface color, making it easy to identify wiring.

Silver plated wire

Silver plated wire consists of a copper core and a silver plating layer. Silver, as the metal with the highest conductivity, has a conductivity improvement of about 5% compared to ordinary copper wire. The silver plating layer provides a high-quality transmission path for high-frequency signals through the skin effect, which can reduce the attenuation of high-frequency signals by more than 30%, perfectly adapting to the signal transmission needs of precision instruments and high-end audio equipment. At the same time, silver oxide still maintains good conductivity, with little change in contact resistance and slow performance degradation after long-term use.
