1.Conductor Processing
Drawing Process: Using copper raw material, gradually reduce the wire diameter through drawing machine with precision molds to ensure that the conductor size is accurate and the surface finish meets the standard.
Monofilament annealing: high-temperature recrystallization of metal monofilaments to enhance the conductor toughness and conductivity, while strictly preventing oxidation.
Conductor stranding: through the bundle stranding, concentric compound stranding and other processes will be multiple monofilaments stranded into a regular conductor structure, to enhance the mechanical strength and optimize the distribution of current.
2. Fluorocarbon Resin Insulation Manufacturing (Core Technology)
Insulation Extrusion: Special extruder is used to extrude fluorocarbon resin materials such as fep, xlpe, pfa, etc. at high temperature. The barrel temperature is accurately controlled at 270-400℃, and with the metering screw with compression ratio of 3:1, a uniform insulation layer with thickness of 0.01-0.2mm is formed.
Cold push and sintering: For cables with complex structure, the fluorine resin molecular structure is stabilized by cold push process and then high temperature sintering to ensure the insulation layer is resistant to high temperature and chemical corrosion.
Film wrapping: Some products are wrapped with multi-layer fluorocarbon resin film, which is sintered to strengthen the bonding force between the layers.
3. Cable formation and shielding processing
Cable stranding: multiple insulated cores are stranded into cables according to the rules, filling the gaps and wrapping the buffer layer to maintain structural stability.
Shield processing: using braiding or winding process to cover the metal shielding layer (such as tinned copper wire), to effectively suppress electromagnetic interference.
4. Sheathing and Armoring
Inner Sheathing: Extruded isolation sleeve or wrapped cushion layer to protect the core from armor damage.
