Installation precautions

• Preparation in advance : Before construction, it is necessary to verify that the cable specifications (wire diameter, color) are consistent with the design drawings, check that the insulation layer is not damaged, and that the conductor is not oxidized. If packaging damage or abnormal cable appearance is found, do not use and contact the customer manager in a timely manner.
• Conductor treatment : It is recommended to use specialized wire stripping pliers when stripping, and the stripping length should be determined according to the depth of the terminal (usually 0.5mm shorter than the terminal depth) to avoid exposing and oxidizing the conductor due to excessive stripping. After stripping, the wiring should be completed quickly to prevent the conductor from getting damp.
• Wiring specifications : Keep away from sharp metal parts and high-temperature heat sources (such as adding insulation sleeves if in direct contact with heating elements), the bending radius should not be less than 4 times the outer diameter of the cable, and excessive bending or twisting is strictly prohibited; When the wiring span exceeds 1 meter, fixed clips should be installed with a spacing of no more than 30cm.
• Wiring operation : Select wiring terminals with matching wire diameters, use corresponding specification crimping pliers when crimping, and ensure that the crimping point is firm and not loose (tensile test not less than 50N); If welding is used, the welding temperature should be controlled at 350-400 ℃, and the welding time should not exceed 3 seconds to avoid high temperature damage to the insulation layer.
• Insulation protection : After wiring is completed, the insulation layer should be checked for completeness. If there are slight scratches (depth ≤ 0.1mm), insulation tape can be wrapped for repair. If the scratches are deeper, the cable should be replaced; When wiring in outdoor or humid environments, waterproof heat shrink tubing should be used to cover the wiring points and heat sealed.
• Construction environment : Avoid construction in environments with high dust concentration, flammable, explosive, or highly corrosive gases. If construction is necessary, protective measures must be taken (such as wearing dust masks and using explosion-proof tools). After construction, clean up any remaining debris on site to prevent contamination of the cable insulation layer.

Storage requirements
To ensure stable performance during product storage, the following requirements must be strictly followed:

• Storage environment : Store in a dry and ventilated enclosed warehouse, with temperature controlled between -10 ℃ and 30 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 75%, away from heat sources such as heating and steam pipes (distance ≥ 1.5 meters), and avoid direct sunlight and rainwater immersion;
• Stacking specifications : Cable reels should be placed vertically on pallets, with a maximum stacking height of 3 layers per pallet (large cables ≤ 2 layers). Different specifications of cables should be stacked separately, with a spacing of ≥ 10cm, to avoid cable deformation or insulation layer adhesion caused by compression;
• Protective measures : Unopened cables should be kept intact in their original packaging. For unused cables after opening, waterproof film should be tightly wrapped around the ports and sealed with tape to prevent moisture from entering;
