Product Selection and Verification
Check the product identification:
Confirm that there is a complete factory name, trademark, model specification mark;
Check whether there is a UL certification mark and production license number;
Verify that the anti-counterfeiting code (two-dimensional code) can be scanned to verify.
Conductor material inspection:
High-quality copper core should be purple-red, soft texture, repeated bending is not easy to break;
Measurement of the conductor diameter is in line with the nominal cross-sectional area (such as 2.5mm ² copper core diameter should be ≥ 1.78mm).
Insulation assessment:
check whether the insulation thickness is up to standard (e.g. 1.5mm² wire insulation thickness needs to be ≥ 0.7mm);
high-quality insulation is soft to the touch, good fatigue strength.
Purchasing Process Execution
Obtaining Quotations: request quotations from several suppliers and compare prices, delivery periods and after-sales services.
Signing contract: clarify the terms of specification, price, quality standard, delivery period, etc.

Arrival acceptance:
Check the appearance of the cable for any damage;

Laying precautions
Path selection: avoid corrosive areas and high temperature environments, and keep a safe distance from other pipelines.
Bending radius: the bending radius of cross-linked polyethylene insulated cable should be not less than 15 times of the outer diameter.
Fixing specification: fixed every 1 meter for horizontal laying, fixed every 0.6 meters for vertical laying.
Direct burial requirements: burial depth ≥ 0.7m (farmland ≥ 1m), need to set up protective marking tape.
