Maintenance and upkeep of high-temperature wires

1. Regularly inspect the aging and damage of the insulation and metal sheath surfaces: Regularly check the appearance of the wires to ensure that the insulation layer and metal sheath are not damaged or aged. If any problems are found, they should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.

2. Check if the wire connections are loose: Ensure that the wire connections are secure and free from looseness or corrosion. Loose connections can cause an increase in resistance, leading to wire heating.

3. Avoid using in unsuitable environments such as high temperature, high humidity, corrosion, vibration, electromagnetic waves, etc.: High temperature wires should be avoided from being exposed to high temperatures for a long time, and the surrounding environment should be kept dry to prevent the wires from getting damp.

4. Avoid overload and overvoltage: Ensure that the wires operate at their rated current and voltage to prevent overheating caused by overload use.

5. Regular inspection and maintenance: Regularly check the heat dissipation conditions of the wires to ensure the normal operation of the heat dissipation system. For bundled wires, ensure sufficient spacing to facilitate heat dissipation.

6. Environmental temperature monitoring: Install temperature sensors to monitor the ambient temperature of the wires, and take cooling measures when the temperature approaches the maximum temperature that the wires can withstand.

7. Optimization of heat dissipation measures: Install heat dissipation fans or use heat sinks in areas with dense wires to help dissipate heat.

8. Mechanical protection: Avoid excessive bending and stretching of wires, ensure that the bending radius of the wires meets the requirements, and avoid mechanical damage.
