After discussion at the General Office meeting, it has been decided that the year-end holiday will begin on February 9, 2026 (with Sunday, February 8 being rescheduled to work), and the official start date for work in 2026 will be February 26 (the tenth day of the first lunar month).
The vacation time of departments that have not completed their production tasks shall be adjusted according to the production situation. In principle, they must prepare for stocking before taking a vacation. Departments that take a vacation early must submit a written application, and employees who go home early must submit an application for approval and signature by their supervisor before submitting it to the Human Resources Department for filing.
Note:
1. Each department should do a good job of cleaning and sanitation before the holiday, conduct safety inspections, and close all doors and windows;
2. All equipment power and main power must be completely turned off, and dedicated personnel from each department are responsible for checking and implementing them to be on the safe side;
3. Regarding the reimbursement of transportation expenses for employees returning to their hometowns and factories, it shall be implemented in accordance with the subsidy system stipulated in TFL/ZD-031 "Subsidies for Employees' Spring Festival Return and Factory Transportation Expenses Subsidy System";
4. Employees are required to clock in both when leaving the factory and when reporting in. Those who do not clock in will not receive any transportation subsidies. Those who take leave in advance and return home will not be reimbursed for their return travel expenses. Those who delay their return to the factory for more than 10 days will not receive any subsidy for their return travel expenses;
