This laboratory is jointly built by Shanghai Cable Research Institute, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and others, focusing on efficient transmission and conversion technology of electrical energy under large capacity, low loss, long-distance, and complex extreme conditions. The laboratory will be built as a source of independent innovation in special cable and key material technologies with international influence.
